End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you and SARASUK TECH PVT. LTD.

This EULA governs your acquisition and use of the SarasUK Social MultiConnector software (“Software”) directly from SARASUK TECH PVT. LTD. or indirectly through an authorized reseller or distributor (a “Reseller”).

Please read this EULA carefully before completing the installation process and using the SarasUK Social MultiConnector software. It provides a license to use the SarasUK Social MultiConnector software and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

If you register for a free trial of the SarasUK Social MultiConnector software, this EULA will also govern that trial. By installing and/or using the SarasUK Social MultiConnector software, you confirm your acceptance of the Software and agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA.

If you are entering into this EULA on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to these terms. If you do not have such authority or do not agree with these terms, do not install or use the Software, and you must not accept this EULA.

This EULA applies only to the Software supplied by SARASUK TECH PVT. LTD., regardless of whether other software is referred to or described herein. The terms also apply to any SARASUK TECH PVT. LTD. updates, supplements, Internet-based services, and support services for the Software, unless other terms accompany those items on delivery.

License Grant

SARASUK TECH PVT. LTD. grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the SarasUK Social MultiConnector software on your approved platforms (e.g., Bitrix24 or other supported systems) in accordance with this EULA.

You may install the SarasUK Social MultiConnector software under your control. You are responsible for ensuring your environment (e.g., Bitrix24, browser, or other systems) meets the minimum requirements of the Software.

Restrictions

You may not:

• Edit, alter, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise change any part of the Software, nor permit the Software to be combined with or incorporated into any other software, nor decompile, disassemble, or reverse-engineer the Software.

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell, or otherwise use the Software for any commercial purpose beyond the license granted herein.

• Allow any third party to use the Software on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.

• Use the Software in any way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law.

• Use the Software for any purpose deemed by SARASUK TECH PVT. LTD. to be a breach of this EULA.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

SARASUK TECH PVT. LTD. retains ownership of the Software as originally downloaded (installed) and all subsequent downloads or installations. The Software, including its copyright and other intellectual property rights (including modifications), remains the exclusive property of SARASUK TECH PVT. LTD.

SARASUK TECH PVT. LTD. reserves the right to grant licenses to third parties for the use of the Software.

Termination

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Software and will continue until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by providing written notice to SARASUK TECH PVT. LTD.

This EULA will also terminate immediately if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, the licenses granted will end immediately, and you agree to cease all access to and use of the Software. Provisions intended to survive termination will remain in effect.

Governing Law

This EULA, and any dispute arising from or relating to it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India (or replace with the applicable jurisdiction of your company).
